Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of food. Coffee was great. The decor was beyond beautiful ELIAS the headwaiter was straight out the most luxury hotel. And the food was delicious especially the omelette.Noufissa The staff manager was most accommodating person you can find in a hotel. Everything was perfect room was done sheets were clean towels perfectly fresh.. at front desk was NORA with a beautiful smile always then NABIL ready to help in anyway could then you had Safa and Halima with a gracious and courteous assistance in anything I needed and of course Arcell front desk manager DEOU five star head manager I came to this hotel for a day I stayed a week that says it all

Beautiful hotel with amazingly kind and attentive staff full of smiles to help with any wishes making you feel really welcome. Food was lovely at the restaurant and just a few steps from the beach. The only very negative point is that all seaview rooms are located on the side of the hotel's second swimming pool on the ground floor which had extremely loud disco music playing until 3.30 in the morning so sleeping was impossible as closing all the windows didn't kill that horrendous noise

We went at the beginning of Ramadan but the hotel accommodated our family needs. Everyone was so nice to us and helped us arrange to see the sights.

I enjoyed my stay at Mandarin Palace - the staff was very friendly and the rooms clean, All amenities as described. The view from the bar/breakfast room over the city/bay is fantastic. This hotel is located on the furthest end of the city, an excellent location for those who require a more quiet stay. You can get to the old city center by foot over the boardwalk, it will take approximately one hour.

The room was very comfortable, with very good bath and badroom part. Everything clean. All the members of the stuff (6 of them) we met in three days there were extremly kind and helpful. Breakfast also off high standard in a restaurant with beautiful view.

The location was great. The staff was wonderful. The room was very nice. The views from the 4th floor dining room were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast they served was beyond our expectations. All the selections, of which there were very many, were very fresh. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it.

I had an amazing breakfast experience during my stay! The variety of dishes, the freshness of the ingredients, and the warm service from the staff truly stood out. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. A perfect start to the day thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
